It’s widely known George Lucas had to make compromises in the production of “Star Wars,” but it’s hard to excuse some of the basic errors.

There are several occasions where reflections of cameras appear on C3PO and other droids.

Crew members can be seen at the side of the Death Star’s loading bay in one scene.

Lucas took the opportunity to correct some errors with the DVD release of “Star Wars.” Microphone booms have been removed and CGI effects have covered other appearances of stray equipment.

In spite of the bloopers, “Star Wars” is widely regarded as one of the greatest movies of all time. The later prequels weren’t a hit with all fans, and it’s hoped the seventh film in the franchise will be a return to form.

“Star Wars” offers the classic story of good versus evil, and Lucas created a series of fantastic characters from the outset. Mark Hamill was perfectly cast as the boy facing up to tyranny, and he developed the role well over the later movies.
