Hailing from the technologically advanced African country of Wakanda, King T’Challa assumes the identity of Black Panther while trying to avoid a civil war and protect his country’s natural reserves of precious vibranium, the strongest mineral on Earth.
Black Panther’s history in the Marvel Universe often made him cross paths with The Avengers, the Fantastic Four, and even went as far as marrying him to Storm from the X-Men. Needless to say, there are a number of stories that can be brought to the big screen with T’Challa in the main role.
