Starring Glenn Close, John Malkovich, Michelle Pfeiffer, and a young Uma Thurman, this film based on the novel Les Liaisons Dangereuses, was released in 1988.

Pfeiffer and Thurman also provided stunning performances, making this all-star film a must-see.

The plot revolves around a calculating marquise who devises a game in which her former lover (whom she has designs upon) must woo a woman famous for her morality. If he can do so, she will once again bestow her charms upon him. Unfortunately, the Vicompte succumbs to the woman he is meant to entice and falls in love with her.
