Will Ferrell managed to get into our heads with his performance on Saturday Night Live, and then strengthened that impression with iconic roles like “Anchorman”, “Step Brothers” or “The other Guys”, but when this comedic legends decided to take on serious roles, his fans were a bit skeptical.
Ferrell shut their mouths with several amazing roles in dramas which he managed to deliver perfectly.
“Stranger Than Fiction” hinted his talent for drama, but in “Everything Must Go”, Will simply shined as he depicted an alcoholic who has lost everything, his job, and his wife, and then surprisingly decides to sell everything he has in a garage sale.
Will manages to portray a hopeless and discouraged man perfectly, even though we know he is quite the opposite in real life. Will managed to pull this off in “Everything Must Go”, and the movie even picked up some seriously phenomenal critics along the way.
