Where there is an Adam Sandler, there is a Ben Stiller.
Definitely one the most iconic revered comedians of current Hollywood generation, Ben has starred in, written, and directed dozens of now famous and classic comedy movies.
He is still making people all over the globe laugh with movies like “Tropic Thunder” and “Zoolander”, but Stiller is also nailing some rather solemn roles every once in a while, and one of the first ones was back in 1998 when he did “Permanent Midnight”.
In this tragic story Stiller portrays a worn out comedy screenwriter who battles a nasty heroin addiction, and he delivers a killer performance.
Ben later excelled in other roles where there was little room for comedy like “The Secret Life of Walter Mitty” which we warmly recommend.
