The actor is probably hated by everyone who had to work with him. He is knows as a moody, temperamental freak, and as egomaniacal as William Shatner.
Allegedly, one crew member even reported that he got fired for looking the actor in the eye whilst making Austin Powers. If his plan was to alienate absolutely everyone in Hollywood, he pretty much succeeded.
It seems that the funny goof-man we saw on Austin Powers and heard on Shrek isn’t all that fun to be around.
