There have been numerous rumors about J.J. Abrams’ Star Wars spin-offs over the years, however, one rumor has been popping up much more frequently and that is that one of the next Star Wars movies might center on the Harrison Ford’s character.
According to the reports, the project is already under construction and has the codename “Luminac Industrial Goods.”
Apparently, the production is bound to overlap with the filming of “Star Wars: Episode VIII” and Aaron Paul might also be involved, however, there are still no info on the character he might play.
On the other hand, about a month ago there was another report on a completely different spin-off, so there may be some major discrepancies when it comes to the stories and schedules of the two projects.
Namely, some very strong rumors surfaced that the first Star Wars spin-off movie would actually be directed by Gareth Edwards and its story would focus on a team of rebel alliance-hired bounty hunters teaming up to steal the plans for the original Death Star.
Obviously, the two reports are talking about two very different movies, this we cannot really be completely sure, not until LucasFilm or Disney make it official with a big announcement.
Until then, stay tuned and let the patience be with you.
