Deadpool 2 Gets A Release Date!

When Deadpool 2 trailer went out a bit unexpectedly about a month ago, the web went berserk and all the fans started asking one obvious question: When is Deadpool 2 release date?

Now we have that answer, finally.

It’s going to be summer, but not this one, unfortunately.

As The Hollywood Reporter reports, 20th Century Fox has scheduled its surefire blockbuster for June 1st, 2018, while the company also announced release dates for two other X-Men universe movies.

“New Mutants” locks the April 13th release date, while “X-Men: Dark Phoenix” will hit big screens on November 2nd.

But That Is Not All From 20th Century Fox

Aside from dates for the sequel to the groundbreaking superhero movie Deadpool and other upcoming X-Men installments, 20th Century Fox had more delicious surprises for all sci-fi and fantasy film buffs around the globe.

Namely, four Avatar sequels also got their dates, alongside an upcoming Steven Spielberg Freddie Mercury biopic movie “Bohemian Rhapsody” and Steve McQueen’s female-heist project “Widows.”

Fox’s “All-Round” Tactics

2018 will be the perfect year for 20th Century Fox to see where they really stand when it comes to competition.

Namely, the studio will be offering three amazingly fun but distinct choices for audiences of all shapes and sizes:

1. the somewhat-true superhero flick “ Dark Phoenix”
2. the hard-core R-rated “Deadpool 2” for big boys who appreciate dark humor
3. and “ New Mutants,” which is predominantly targeting young audiences

A little something for everyone.

That’s the key to Marvel’s success. Always have been, always will be. However, among all these exciting news and dates, it was Deadpool 2 release date that stole the show. It’s going to be a long wait, but it will be worth it. Most definitely.
