Sofia Vergara Signed Up For The Brits Are Coming

Although the shooting has already started in New York, the upcoming, anticipated comedy flick The Brits Are Coming just got stronger for one more cast member.

Famed actress Sofia Vergara has joined the ranks of James Oakley’s predicted hit, which also includes A-list actors such as Uma Thurman, Tim Roth, Maggie Q, Alice Eve, Parker Posey, Crispin Glover, and Stephen Fry.

The story of The Brits Are Coming follows a con-artist couple, played by Thurman and Roth, who made Maggie Q’s gangster character pretty mad.

Trying to buy some more time before the figure out how to pay off their debt, the couple goes on the run, and starts planning to rob Roth’s ex-wife’s (played by Eve) jewels. Eve’s character is married once again; however, it seems that her matrimonial relationship is far from being perfect, as her new husband has a mistress (played by Vergara).

The screenplay was written by Alex Michaelides and Oakley himself, but this is not the first time the duo has melted their minds into one common project. The witty duo has previously worked on Devil You Know movie.

According to various statements, The Brits Are Coming should hit theatres sometime next year.
