Remember this dude? If you are 20 years old or younger, chances are you don’t know who The Hoff is, and if that is true, you don’t know what you have been missing.
The Hoff started his career in the 1970s on the popular daytime drama, “The Young and the Restless,” playing Dr. Snapper Foster.
Although his acting didn’t really “set the world on fire at the time”, to say the least, Hasselhoff was apparently good looking enough to tackle the roles of Michael Knight on the 1980s program “Knight Rider” and Mitch Buchannon in “Baywatch.”
The Hoff phenomenon takes its full form when you realize that he was also a singing sensation, mostly in Europe though, but he did have two of his songs going number one in Germany.
A true talentless phenomenon indeed.
