Now here is a star of old. Ray Milland was one of most well-known actors in the period from the 30s to the 80s.
Even though he didn’t exactly start out as an actor, he became one of Paramount’s most bankable and durable faces.
Born in the small Welsh town of Neath in 1907, Milland was actually into sports for the most of his youth. However, his finances disappeared when he was 21, so he had to turn to acting on small London stages.
Thankfully for both him and us, someone spotted Ray Milland and he soon became a constant for most black and white movies from the past.
